What is CrossFit Training

Crossfit training is a form of strength and aerobic exercise that utilises high-intensity interval training. It involves a wide variety of exercises, including weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing and more. The idea behind Crossfit is that it trains you for any scenario you might experience in life or sports by using a wide range of activities. Crossfit workouts are designed to be short and intense with little or no rest between sets so that your workout is over quickly but still gets the desired results.

CrossFit is a fitness regimen that stresses constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Crossfit workouts typically contain a combination of cardio, power and strength training, gymnastics, kettlebells, rowing and other exercises. Crossfit attracts many people because it’s challenging and fun. Many people do cross fit to get in shape or lose weight but some do it for competition or simply to feel good about themselves.

Why not join us? We have 36 classes running weekly. We have a great friendly community at the gym where you will be made to feel welcome and given lots of support from all the experienced trainers. We have both female and male instructors and an equal amount of female and male members.
