Fundamentals Weekend

If CrossFit is new to you, then this is your perfect chance to get involved in what we do here at BW Crossfit. With our Fundamentals Weekend, it is the perfect chance to get involved with the best fitness community around.

The weekend will be the week commencing September 26th, at our Crossfit Gym in Holten Le Clay, Grimsby. We have 3 days running:

Friday, September 30th at 6 PM
Saturday, October 1st at 12 pm

Sunday, October 2nd at 11.30 am

You will learn the 9 fundamental movements in CrossFit, meet the coaches and then end the session with a fun workout.
