Yes everyone can do CrossFit regardless of sex, age, ability, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is tailored for each individual to help them  become fitter and healthier. 

To start  CrossFit a pair of your old running  shorts and shoes will comfortable enough. As you progress you may need some more effective gear for the constantly varied, high-intensity days at CrossFit. 

You can have a FREE trial in our fundamentals on  Wednesdays, then have your first class FREE before paying for anymore classes. See our Member plans page for costs and discounts.

CrossFit is suitable for all ages. We have classes dedicated for kids and members in their 60’s. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout.

With CrossFit for advanced levels the intensity of workouts are adjusted to challenge the individual.

Most movements are advanced and will be scaled down or have the weight modified to suit each person.
